Everybody hurts sometimes. Just because if happens to everybody, at some time, does not make it any easier. Feeling lonely when you are on your own is bad enough: somehow, feeling lonely in a crowd is worse. You may be lonely, but you are not alone.
If you need someone to talk to, I will listen. If you are not sure what to say, that is fine too. I have trained as a counsellor, and that means not only can I help you understand what the real problem is, I can also help to find a way forward.
There is a way forward for you. No matter how unlikely that seems today, it is true. Together we can work on finding it.
