Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, Supervisor
(SAP)B ed, PG Dip PC, FPC, UKCP, BPC.
In this day and age, there is an outward acceptance that seeing a therapy or having counselling is acceptable, despite this too many people think that this is only valid in a crisis. Psychotherapy is there for people to understand their behavioural patterns, and to become more self- aware . It also makes connections with past and present, as well as making sense of the unconscious. By having flexible ways of working, either Time- Limited or Open-Ended work we explore feelings as well as thinking about ways of processing the material presented.
Suzanne Goldstein is a psychodynamic psychotherapist. She is a member of FPC and BPC and Supervises at WPF as well as Sutton Counselling. She comes from an educational background , and has had experience of working in private practice as well as NHS. She has worked with depression, loss, relationship issues, as well as many years of working with work related difficulties.
