Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals
Both psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy offer the possibility of talking about your problems in the safety of the therapeutic context. You will be helped to reflect on how your present difficulties link with the past experiences and how they affect the way you relate to the world.
Problems within relationships are addressed through sessions involving both parties, in regular sessions with a therapist.
Jungian Analysis generally involves meeting several times a week. This generates a feeling of safety and continuity between sessions and enables an exploration in greater depth, particularly of aspects of the personality, which are more troubling.
Cognitive Analytic Therapy
This is brief integrated psychotherapy, which uses both cognitive and analytic understandings in a collaborative programme.
