Jonathan Cullen MBACP

Hi, I'm Jonathan,

A qualified psychotherapist, registered with the BACP, with extensive experience supporting professionals in high-pressure industries. My practice is based near Harley Street, where I work with individuals navigating the challenges of demanding careers, burnout and the pursuit of balance.

With over 25 years of combined experience in business and academia, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to therapy. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based techniques while remaining attuned to each client's unique needs.

I also have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent professionals and those addressing issues around addiction or recovery. My aim is to create a confidential, supportive space where clients can reflect, reset and rediscover a more sustainable way of living and working.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices designed to support meaningful and lasting change.

I integrate elements from psychodynamic therapy, existential philosophy, mindfulness and cognitive approaches. My work often centres on the "here-and-now," paying close attention to what's unfolding in the present moment.

Together, we'll explore how early experiences and coping patterns may still be influencing your current relationships and emotional life.
