Therapy is arranged by appointment and can be discussed during an initial enquiry or introductory call.
Fees
Sessions are charged at £120 per session and £150 for couples. Payment details can be confirmed when arranging your first session.
Session Length
Standard therapy sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place at the same time each week.
In-Person or Online
Sessions may be available in person in Marylebone or online, depending on your needs and current availability.

What is your availability?
Appointments are available by arrangement. Current working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
In-person sessions take place in a private practice room in central Marylebone, close to Harley Street, Manchester Square and Bond Street tube station. The exact address is shared on booking.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. Online sessions are available via a secure video platform for clients who prefer to work remotely or who are based outside London. Online and in-person sessions can also be combined where that suits you better.
What is the cancellation policy?
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged at the full rate. This is discussed during the introductory call.
How do I book a first appointment?
You can get in touch via the contact form, email or phone. We'll arrange a brief introductory call to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
What happens after I make an enquiry?
You'll hear back within one to two working days. We'll start with a short introductory call at no charge. If it feels right for both of us, a first full session can be arranged at a time that suits you.
