Professional Background

Grounded Experience, Thoughtful Therapy

I bring over 25 years of combined experience in business and academia, giving me a grounded understanding of the pressures, expectations and complexity many people carry in professional and personal life.

My practice is based near Harley Street in Marylebone, where I work with adults navigating demanding careers, burnout, relationship difficulties, addiction and recovery, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression and major life transitions.

Many of the people I work with appear capable or high-functioning on the outside, while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck or unsure how to move forward.

Therapeutic Style

Collaborative, Integrative and Present-Focused

My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, existential philosophy, mindfulness, person-centred therapy and cognitive approaches. This allows therapy to be shaped around you, rather than forcing your experience into one fixed model.

I often work in the here-and-now, paying close attention to what is unfolding in the present moment. Together, we may explore early experiences, coping patterns, emotional responses and the ways these continue to influence current relationships and daily life.

The work is not about judgement or quick advice. It is about developing self-awareness, emotional resilience and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

Areas of Experience

Who I Work With

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges. You do not need to arrive with everything clearly understood; therapy can begin with whatever feels difficult, unclear or no longer manageable alone.

Professionals & Burnout

Support for people in high-pressure roles who may be managing stress, performance expectations, burnout or questions around balance and identity.

Neurodivergence

Neurodivergent-affirming therapy for clients exploring ADHD, autism, masking, overwhelm, difference, identity or feeling misunderstood.

Addiction & Recovery

Therapy for people addressing addiction, recovery, dependency, relapse concerns or the emotional work that can sit alongside 12-step programmes.

Relationships & Attachment

Exploring relational patterns, intimacy, boundaries, communication, attachment issues, family dynamics and relationship breakdown.

A Good Fit

Therapy for People Seeking Deeper Understanding

My work may be a good fit if you are looking for therapy that is reflective, steady and relational. Some clients come wanting practical support; others want to understand why certain feelings, choices or relationship patterns keep repeating.

  • You want a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly.
  • You are interested in understanding patterns rather than only managing symptoms.
  • You are navigating professional pressure, burnout or major life transitions.
  • You want therapy that considers both your emotional life and the real-world context you live in.
